DESIGNS THAT BRING YOU HOME...

NEW ENTRANCE in Granby, MA, 2007-2008. 1-acre redesign that is inspired by resident's love for the Cape. New out-building sited in relation to existing trees, retaining walls, and wrap-around deck. Rerouted pedestrian and vehicular circulation protects well and improves visibility in and out of driveway. Regraded front yard with bioswale enhances drainage. 10,000 square feet of woodlands designed to restore an ecologically functioning plant community.

RAIN GARDEN in Florence, MA, 2009. Goshen stone pathway and native perennials and shrub design (photograph done immediately after installation. The plantings were installed by the homeowners.)

WELCOMING STREET CONNECTION in Greenfield, MA 2001-2005. A series of connected gardens that provide food, wildlife habitat and rainwater infiltration from roof.

Westfield, MA 2007. A residential master plan and planting design for 12,000 square foot native grass and forb meadow.

West Cummington, MA 2005. A master plan and installation of multi-species willow bank stabilization along 300 feet of a tributary of the Westfield River.
