Landscape designer Julie Meyer, MS, MLA, has been designing and maintaining public and private landscapes since 1992.
Since 2000, Julie and her associates have designed, installed, and cared for over 100 business, educational, and residential landscapes in New England, and beyond.
In the 1990s, Julie led wilderness expeditions, taught environmental education, apprenticed on an organic farm, and installed gardens for Earthwords, a residential landscape company in Newburyport, MA.
Teaching experience includes tree identification for the University of Massachusetts, residential landscape design at Holyoke Community College, and presentations on native plant design for Amherst Garden Clubs and Nasami Farm Nursery.
In 2008, Julie interned at the Bioenginering Group in Salem, MA, and today brings experience in collaborating with landscape architects, engineers, and ecologists. While working towards a graduate degree in landscape architecture, she performed GIS mapping for the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Districts (MACD).
In 2011, Julie received a masters degree in landscape architecture, focusing on collaboration in the planning and design of public open space.
